If you have a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY, immediately call 480-688-1296. Leave a detailed message with your address and phone number or send a text message stating Please Call ASAP. After speaking with someone, you will still need to complete and fax the online Maintenance Request form to 480-268-9494.

Examples of a maintenance emergency include:

• Water leak causing damage or flood
• No Air Conditioning in the summer
• No Heating in the winter
• No Hot Water
